Monday - Leg Day

Our first class leg day programming hits all major muscle groups in your legs. Classes are different weekly to prioritize strength, mobility, and aesthetics.

Wednesday - Push/Pull

Strength based workouts to develop your upper-body with aspects of conditioning. Using a combination of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other equipment, these classes are designed to train the upper-body and get your heart rate up.

Friday - Prana Bolic

Workouts are short duration, high intensity aiming to achieve max VO2 with cardio and weight training. Our certified USA olympic weightlifting coaches are going to push you to your limits.

Tuesday - HIIT Cardio

A HIIT workout with a combination functional and cardio exercise to create engaging workouts with optimal calorie burn. Get your sweat on!

Thursday- Kettlebell & Core

The kettlebell is known for its versatility. Our highly trained coaches will push you through proper technique to master the kettlebell. This simple piece of equipment is going to challenge the whole body, including strengthening muscles and improving posture. These workouts also include intense ab training.

Saturday - Bootcamp

This Saturday class challenges members to step out of their comfort zone and enjoy a combination of cardio and weights. Weather permitting, Saturday bootcamp is designed to get outside and sweat. In the past, we’ve had Bootcamps at Alcova, Paradise Valley Park, NCHS Track, and more locations.
